A book is an inextinguishable light that illuminates the path of life, a source of happiness that gives meaning to human life, a faithful friend who accompanies a person in any situation. There is no more powerful tool than a book to ensure a personʼs spiritual perfection. Therefore, since time immemorial, enlightenment leaders and sages have called on all mankind to read books and comprehend the secrets of knowledge and etiquette.

A literary evening was held for the staff of the Department of Protection of Namangan city at the Information and Library Center named after Nodirabegim with the participation of members of the Readersʼ Club. The club members told the staff about how reading helps to enhance culture, expand spiritual and intellectual potential, and shape consciousness and worldview. They also noted the importance of promoting reading in the system, increasing the love of books and carefully preserving the vast artistic heritage left to us by our ancestors.

The staff not only received answers to their questions, but also actively shared their thoughts and opinions on the topic, demonstrating their knowledge and interest. During the event, the participants discussed various aspects of reading, its impact on personal development and the importance of preserving the traditions of book culture.
