A training seminar "Women in the family – promoting the development of a New Uzbekistan" was held in Jizzakh region. The event was attended by senior inspectors working with employees of the Department of Protection and its territorial divisions, as well as families.

The seminar was aimed at discussing the role of women in the family and their contribution to social development. The participants considered how family values and the active position of women can contribute to the implementation of the strategic objectives of the New Uzbekistan. During the meetings, extensive discussions took place, during which the participants exchanged experiences and offered practical ideas on strengthening the institution of the family and empowering women in the social sphere.

Special attention was paid at the seminar to the psychological aspects of intra-family relations. Experts discussed the key factors of psychological stability of the family: methods of constructive conflict resolution, techniques of effective communication between spouses and generations, methods of supporting the emotional well-being of children. The ways of forming a healthy psychological atmosphere in the house were considered. The participants received practical recommendations on stress management and maintaining a balance between service and family life.

Holding such a seminar was an important step in popularizing family values and enhancing the role of women in the social development of the region. The event highlighted the importance of a systematic dialogue between departmental specialists and employee families in solving urgent social problems.
