In order to promote reading and stimulate interest in fiction among the personnel, a study tour was recently organized for employees of the Directorate of Protection of Ferghana region to the modern Information and Library Center named after Ahmad Ferghani located in Ferghana city.

During the visit, the staff got acquainted in detail with the rich book fund of the institution. The library has an extensive collection of literature of various genres: from classical works of world literature to modern detective stories, childrenʼs literature and poetry collections. Special attention was paid to the fact that all materials are available in both traditional printed and digital formats, which ensures maximum comfort for readers when getting to know the works of national and foreign authors.

Regular reading of books and immersion in works of art contributes to the intellectual development of the individual, broadens horizons and forms critical thinking, which is an important factor in the professional and personal growth of each person.
